This award recognizes Lovelace’s commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines, ultimately leading to more lives saved and reduced disability.

ALBUQUERQUE – July 20, 2023 – Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center (Heart Hospital) has received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines®-Heart Failure GOLD PLUS with Target: Heart Failure Honor Roll Honor while Lovelace Medical Center earned the Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke GOLD PLUS with Honor Roll Elite and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll, both for the 11th consecutive year.

This is the fifth safety grade “A” in a row for LRH.
