Meghann Hutchison

Bio

Meghann has worked for Lovelace for more than six years, most recently as assistant chief financial officer and interim chief financial officer for Lovelace Medical Center (LMC) and Heart Hospital of New Mexico (HHNM.) In her role as associate chief financial officer, Meghann managed the month-end close, including reviewing the general ledger details, net revenue model, financial statements, capital planning, and analysis for senior leadership. She also partnered with outgoing CFO Reuben Murray on a plan that resulted in reduced expenses and increased gross revenue.

Meghann is a certified public accountant. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM.

Troy Greer

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Bio

Troy Greer is market president and chief executive officer of Lovelace Health System.

Troy previously served Lovelace Health System for 13 years, as CEO of Lovelace Westside Hospital from 2007-2012 and as CEO of Lovelace Medical Center (LMC) from 2012-2020. After serving as president and CEO of Boone Health in Columbia, Missouri, where he oversaw the system’s 392-bed Magnet-accredited medical center, medical group and its services across 25 counties, Troy returned to Albuquerque.

Troy has been named a top-performing CEO by New Mexico Business Weekly and an honoree of the publication’s Forty Under 40 award, which recognizes leadership of those under 40 years old who are helping shape and improve the state. Under his leadership, LWSH was named among the top 50 Best Places to Work in Healthcare in the nation, according to Modern Healthcare magazine. It was also named a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures from The Joint Commission and earned a Roadrunner Recognition from New Mexico Quality Award. Under Troy’s leadership at LMC, the hospital was named to Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare three years running. LMC also earned the Platinum Award of Quality in 2016

Troy earned his master of science in Healthcare Administration and master of business administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Troy also earned his bachelor of science also from the University of Alabama. Greer a board chair of Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Mexico.

Melissa Owens

Bio

Melissa has been with the Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital (LURH) for eight years, serving as nurse manager for the past four years. She has been instrumental in nurse recruitment and retention efforts while overseeing a team of 75+ RNs, LPNs, patient care technicians and unit clerks. Having worked closely with senior leadership and the quality team, she has assisted in multiple Quality Improvement Plans and helped develop robust interdisciplinary programs. Melissa completed her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) at New Mexico Highland University and is currently pursuing her master of science in nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, New Mexico Nurses Association and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses.
