ALBUQUERQUE, NM – October 28, 2024 – Lovelace Health System has named Tracey L. Miller, MHA, chief operating officer (COO) of Lovelace Medical Group, effective October 28.
Miller has over 30 years of healthcare experience, most recently serving as a multi-site practice administrator at UCHealth Medical Group in Colorado. In this role, she supported the operational, clinical, and financial success of UCHealth Medical Group Orthopedics and Neurosciences/PM&R in southern Colorado and drove key performance indicators across operations, finance, quality, access, and patient experience. Prior to that, Miller was the group executive director of Centura Health Physician Group where she supported the operational, clinical and financial success of the group in both urban and rural markets in the Greater Colorado, Pikes Peak Region.
She earned a bachelor of science in speech language pathology from the University of Minnesota in Moorehead, Minnesota, and earned both a master of science in speech language pathology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a master of business administration from the University of South Dakota in Sioux Falls. Miller is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and a volunteer for Health Care for the Homeless Programs.
