In order to schedule a mammogram, you must identify a health care provider who will receive your imaging report. If you do not have a provider, please contact us at 505-727-6900, or schedule an appointment with one of our Primary Care or OB-GYN providers.
Your insurance provider will not cover the cost of an annual screening mammogram if the previous one was less than 366 days (one year and one day) ago.
