Loving Start Prepared Childbirth - 4 Week Series

These classes provide important information to help better prepare you for childbirth, so you can enter into the last weeks of pregnancy and childbirth with less uncertainity and more empowerment to make decisions. Information covered in class includes breathing, relaxation and exercise techniques, medical procedures, cesarean section, pain management, and more. We recommend beginning the class at 25 weeks gestation. Spouses/Partners are encouraged to attend but do not need to register.
