Prenatal yoga is a gentle form of yoga designed to support pregnant individuals in connecting with their growing and changing bodies.
This class will instruct you in yoga practices like breath work and functional movement. These practices aid in regulating the nervous system, while also teaching strengthening and relaxation techniques to help you prepare for birth. Prenatal yoga is safe throughout all pregnancy trimesters.
Postpartum yoga also helps combat postpartum depression, increases milk production and promotes pelvic floor health. Clients can attend this class during all trimesters of pregnancy and at least 4 weeks postpartum or 6 weeks after a cesarean section.
