Labor of Love Preparing for Postpartum Class

Please join our no-cost Preparing for Postpartum class featuring the evidence based R.O.S.E.S (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for mothers of newborns) curriculum. There are five classes in total, with the last class held during your postpartum period. The full five classes will be taught twice throughout the calendar year. This class is for birthing people only and they may join any class at any time.
