Labor of Love Perinatal Group Therapy - Lovelace Women's Hospital

Join Lovelace Labor of Love for a no-cost perinatal group therapy session. Many cultures teach that community is essential for thriving during the perinatal months. Please join our perinatal group therapy sessions facilitated by a Lovelace Medical Group licensed social worker. These sessions are for any pregnant persons (spouses and partners are welcome) up to one full year post-partum. We will cover topics of interest and may include Winnicott’s “The Good Enough Mother,” baby brain development, SAMSHA’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness, intimacy, environment, working, anxiety, depression and more, and participate in guided group discussions.
