Albuquerque Loving Start: Prepared Childbirth Education One Day In Person

This one day intensive class provides you with important information to help better prepare you so you can enter into the last weeks of pregnancy and childbirth with less uncertainity & more empowerment to make decisions. Information includes breathing, relaxation and exercise techniques, medical procedures, cesarean section, pain management, and more. We recommend beginning the class at 25 weeks gestation. Spouses/Partners are encouraged to attend but do not need to register.
