Prepared Childbirth Four Week Series @ Lovelace Women's Hospital

This 4-session class provides expectant parents with important information to help better prepare you for childbirth, so you can enter into the last weeks of pregnancy and childbirth with less uncertainty and more empowerment to make decisions. Information includes breathing, relaxation and exercise techniques, medical procedures, cesarean section, pain management, and more. We recommend beginning the class at 25 weeks gestation. Spouses and partners are encouraged to attend but do not need to register.
