Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital named to Best Places to Work in Healthcare list

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (May 13, 2025) – Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital (LURH) has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the fifth year the hospital has made the list.

LURH joins nine other entities affiliated with Ardent Health, the organization’s parent company based in Nashville, Tennessee, recognized on the list.

This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey assessing overall satisfaction, work-life balance, communication, policies and practices, and the work environment. 

LURH will find out its ranking on the Best Places list and be celebrated at the 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala taking place Oct. 8 in Nashville, TN.
