Lovelace Health System reaches agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico

As caregivers, nothing is more important to Lovelace Health System than ensuring communities across New Mexico have access to the care they need from the caregivers they know and trust.
We previously notified patients that our agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) was set to expire on June 1, 2026.
We are pleased to share that Lovelace have reached a new agreement with BCBSNM.
What this means for patients with BCBS insurance plans:
- All Lovelace facilities and our employed physicians and providers will remain in-network with BCBS.
- You will not experience any disruption in care, and no action is required on your part. You can continue to access the care you trust at in-network rates.
This agreement reflects our shared commitment to serving New Mexicans and ensuring access to the high-quality care you expect and deserve.
