Again, I know your Staff is up to their eyeballs in our physical issues, but we still need to be hears and our issues addressed. I am not a trouble maker, but I am at times very frustrated feeling I am not being good heard.

The provider was excellent. He addressed all of my concerns. He made sure I understood everything about my hip surgery and also said to call if there were any other issues or concerns at anytime.
