Will Finley went to extra effort to identify an acceptable treatment for my blood pressure that wouldn't adversely impact my heart rate

As stated previously, this was a very satisfactory appoint and resolved many of the questions I had.

Mr Finley was extremely supportive, informative and sensitive to my concerns. He spent quality time with me, helped me to understand my lab and EKG results and took care to advise me as to how to proceed.

The NP evidently had little information to provide to me, including EKG or ECG reports, except to say the mitral valve leakage "might be a little worse." His phone call the next week was a little more helpful, but I never received feedback from my portal message. Then I received another piece of information 8 days after the ECG with no comment.

I did a lot of research on my own and shared some of it with William. My intention was to be well informed of my condition so that I could understood everything discussed. Did not mean to make anyone feellike I knew more than the medical professional talking to me. Mr. Finely did a great job explaining his professional opinion and I thank him for it.

The PA was very attentive especially concerning the long wait. However he was unable to answer some of my questions and suggested I reschedule with a cardiologist.

At times, Will spoke quickly, and I couldn't follow him. I had to ask him to slow down and explain it more slowly due to my age. He did and I could understand. He is very easy to talk with and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.

The doctor was in a big hurry. He was not very thorough. He was leaving and I had to remind him of a treatment I had and he had to sit back down and look. He didn't know anything about the subject that I was talking about which is neuropathy. I wouldn't want him again.
