About Michon Santos

Michon Santos, APRN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner who provides personalized, patient-centered care that respects each patient’s cultural, social and individual values. She is committed to improving outcomes for underserved and vulnerable populations and works to reduce barriers to accessible health care. She emphasizes clear communication, patient education and evidence-based care to support better health outcomes.
She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She provides preventive and primary care services, including Medicare annual wellness exams, sports physicals, women’s health screenings, minor procedures, wound care and splint management. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
