The provider took a lot of time with me answering my questions, explaining what needed to be done and asking question L. Monagle was very thorough and kind.

What impressed me the most was that the NP, Leslie, had reviewed my extensive files before I arrived and so was very familiar with my case. She explained what she was recommending and had her assistant schedule a procedure and the subsequent follow up before I left. I will gladly work with her in my ongoing recovery and recommend further evaluation.

I made an appointment despite being terrified of any and everything medical, but I felt completely at ease here. My visit was so great I'm no longer afraid of being examined by Lovelace doctors, which means follow-up screenings won't be a source of anxiety that make me put off getting care

Leslie was great as well. She spent the time needed to try and understand what happened to cause my problem, which she identified and proposed a course of action to remedy it.. She pushed back against my unwillingness to have some tests done by explaining to me the logic behind the testing she recommended and backed it up with knowledge and facts. I respect and admire people who excel at their craft which describes Leslie and Bea perfectly. If my primary care physician had spent half the time actually trying to identify my problem it may have saved me several weeks of discomfort and uncertainty.
