Dr. Grollman is exceptional in his specialty.

He put me at ease listening closely. Answers to my questions were complete and understood.

I was not pleased about the results of my appointment, however, the explanation for the required next step was explained well so I feel alright about it.

The doctor made sure several times that I was comfortable with the procedure, not something my wife and I expected. He was considerate, quick and made sure he answered questions if I had them.

I was impressed with Dr Grollman. He actually reviewed my record in My Chart, before I met with him.

Dr Grollman was absolutely fantastic. Clear, efficient, gentle, and attentive.

It was obvious the this doctor had provided this information to hundreds of patients before me; he was robotic in his words and approach to discussing the medical problem and seemingly used the word "cancer" indiscriminately. He was thorough in his discussion, but showed little, if any, genuine concern for me and he seemed like he just wanted to finish our discussion so he could get back to his office. He never greeted me by name, he never acknowledged my wife and he showed absolutely no compassion. In his defense, there was nothing that was unprofessional or unkind in his demeanor. Just a guy doing his job--or, accurately, getting his job done.

Dr. Grollman discussed likely outcomes and options, and without going into too much detail, which I appreciated greatly. I had been apparently unnecessarily alarmed by the office of my GP during an annual physical about a perceived condition that was not readily described to me, so Dr. Grollman's calm and professional analysis was very welcome. I enjoyed his candor.

I've been under Dr Grollman's care for several years. He is an excellent urologist.

Dr. Grollman exhibits a poor bedside manner. He didn't listen or ask questions to learn medical history it was a waste of my time seeing him. 

Staff was great. Even they felt bad and that their hands were tied by the lack of realistic available appointments for the procedure that I was at the consultation for.

Professional, caring and attentive. I was given clear and thorough explanations regarding my problem, proposed treatment options and the potential risks, if any, and benefits associated with each. Follow-up care and treatment were discussed to my satisfaction. 

Disinterested in my problems. 

Procedure was performed and findings discussed. I choose most conservative approach. He suggested finasteride to help reduce symptoms. I asked about side effects. 

All of these are good, however, the information l received concerning my condition could have been given to me on the phone, without the in person visit!

Dr. Grollman has a real problem with bedside manner. He doesn't seem interested and seems like he's going through the motions. He was not interested in discussing options or concerns I had.

Dr. Grollman is open and helpful. He explains things so they are readily understood. I am fully confident in him as my urologist and surgeon. This has been borne out in opinions from other doctors. I am so glad to have him working with me on my issues

When I told him it hurt, he responded that I flinched again, he would not continue. I was in pain!

The doctor was well prepared when he entered the room because he had revised my chart. He was clear,straight to the point and explained the test he ordered and the reasons go referring me for the test. I appreciated that he was very optimistic and assuaged my fears very adroitly.

Dr. Grollman has a real problem with bedside manner. He seemed uninterested in my concerns and left very little space for me to voice concerns, not to mention just being nice and showing concern.

ANDREW GROLLMAN is one of the best doctors in the Lovelace practice. He takes his time, as an excellent bedside manner, is thoughtful, explains everything,instills confidence in patient,and is up to date on the latest treatments and breakthroughs. He saved my life

Dr. Grollman knows his business and what comes next. Surgically he is on top of his field. And with after care again he knows what he is doing and staff well trained.
