Dr. Shain has incredible bedside manner. I sincerely appreciated how thorough she was with her explanation of my issue, what testing it required, and options I had moving forward. Above all, I want to thank Dr. Shain for validating my pain, it helped feel like I am not a number in a system, I am a human being with real pain that deserves to be addressed. Thank you for not making me feel dismissed.
