She was friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely helpful with a pharmacy issue I was having with one of my prescriptions and spent quite a bit of time helping me with options that solved my problem! She's incredibly competent and I look forward to her being happy and taken care of by Lovelace as she is an invaluable member of the provider group there.
