About Valari Taylor RD
Valari Taylor, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietician and nutritionist with Lovelace Medical Group Bariatrics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Loyola University in Chicago, and completed her Master of Science in Dietetics at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. Valari also has a Master of Science in Special Education from Dominican University in River Forest, Ill.
Valari’s clinical experience spans a wide range of services, including diabetes self-management, weight management, nutritional education for children and pregnant mothers, dementia, as well as the management of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases.

Valerie Taylor, the dietitian that I was seen by was extremely competent, kind, caring, and was a good listener. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice as needed.
