This Dr is wonderful!

She was very rude and judgemental. Instead of encouraging. Will looking for new provider.

She was getting ready to send me out the door before giving me the opportunity to bring up concerns. 

Provider is good,understand what were all of needs explained to us patients

Dr. Wright is an excellent provider, very helpful and easy to communicate with and understand.

Unprofessional comments and I felt uncomfortable. Very matter of fact and disregarded my anxiety it was a first visit and she was not welcoming

This was my first visit after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2. She did a great job explaining the diagnosis to me, going over the education for diabetes, explaining the care plan and goals, and the adverse potential effects of I didn't follow the plan. When my pharmacy hadn't gotten all the prescriptions we'd discussed I messaged her in my chart to double check the care plan. She sent in the needed prescriptions and replied within two hours which exceeded my expectations for a response time. I'm very pleased with her quick response.

Provider wasn't sure what about the reason for the appointment (annual checkup)) and was hurried. Did not even discuss my blood work, especially low white blood cell count and high LDL.

The appointment felt rushed, because I know there are other patients that need to be seen. But I felt a little overwhelmed because I felt I didn't absorb all the necessary information I needed for future appts. There are alot of explanations and instructions that need to be discussed with patients more throughly. I did feel the staff was courteous, friendly and professional.

She was so rude. 

Not approachable, does not seem to care for her patients. Shouldn't be in this position.

I know the care provider is very busy and sees many hundreds of patients, so they work in challenging circumstances. Still, I was hoping to have a conversation with the provider about the state of my health and to ask questions. Instead, the provider wasn't interested in that -- merely interested in moving me down the line. It all felt very brisk and rote, with no real concern or interest in what I had to say.

Very thorough exam and answered all of my questions.

She was very patient on listening to what I was telling her.

The NP barely made eye contact and did not talk to me like I was a person. She interacted more with the computer than me. 

Diane Wright is exceptional! She was comprehensive in the exam, showed care and concern, and explained things well.

Dr. Wright is the best. 

No compassion, aloof - gave her opinion as the only option. 

For our first meeting I was very pleased with our visit

At one point during the appointment I asked Diane her opinion of starting a new medication I had reservations about. Her response was, " Girl, I can't tell you what to do, you're a big girl". I was flabbergasted and annoyed at her response. I was asking a medical professional her opinion, I am not your girl, nor am I your friend or family member. Be professional!

Initially she was focused on completing checklists as opposed to engaging with me in dialogue. I had to prompt her to address my concerns. She didn't ask if there was anything I was concerned about.

Follow up steps were not explained clearly

No issues

She seems a little strict(not mean, please don't confuse that) which Is great for patients like me, I need some strictness but she also seemed to care alot while being a firm doctor. She gave me information other doctors didn't that would have helped me get better faster.

This was my first visit with my nurse practioner-she was great-very thorough-very competent-and very professional!

Diane was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. As was the staff who checked me in and my vitals

She was very effective in advise, decisions, and use of time. I'm glad she could help me.
