Nirja spent a lot of time with me explaining the multiple, complex options available to me. I appreciate that. The only problem I had was that I needed to make a decision on the spot about the next step although I do much better If I have a chance to reread the information and think about what Is best for me.

Nirja is definitely kind, professional and takes the time to listen to me. She is very informative and cares about her patients. We need more people like her to care for patients!!!

Nurse Practitioner Kafle was exceptionally attentive to my concerns, and carefully explained my options for further treatment. She gave me a timetable with which to check on possible resolution of her effort to secure prior authorization from my insurance company for my treatment.

Very professional at her job and communicated with very well

The NP talked so fast it was hard to keep up and understand her. She never mentioned that I would have to drive 45 minutes weekly for a nutrition class if I began treatment. She then ordered a prescription, even though I asked her to wait until I could clear it with my eye doctor

My NP is Nirja Kafle, FNP-BC - she is always such a pleasant and very knowledgeable individual and Is such a happy person on top of all of that. It's always a pleasure to see her at my visits!!! She definitely gives me inspiration during my weight loss journey.

This is a very good place

I enjoyed my visit. Only feedback I could provide is that my doctor spoke very fast. I know she had a lot to cover. Not rude at all, but it was perceived as rushing.
