This doctor actually scolded me for not having records that went back over 30 years. She even asked if I could contact the doctor or practice. I told her that the doctor was dead and there was no one else in the practice. Then she told me that I had to start keeping better health records. I felt like she was talking down to me. I will not see her again.

She interrupted, was abrupt, I was very rushed and corrected several times
