Best experience I have had at any Lovelace facility in the 3 years I have been in NM. The PA explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. She went over the x-rays with me and gave me all my options. She seemed concerned about my issue and I felt she really wanted me to have a positive outcome. I was truly impressed with her.
