Theresa was amazing. I wish she was my primary care physician. She was very thorough and shared with me that there would be an urgent care opening closer to my home and that there would be primary care providers by that location with Lovelace

I came for a follow up visit and was still having some discomfort on the right side. I described the discomfort "like a stitch is still in there and it pulls." The NP validated my concern, saying, "There is a little divet there. I will note that for the doctor." She added to call the office if the discomfort worsened. She listened, and acted.

It was so good to be able to talk to a person rather than talk to a computer.

Nurse practitioner listened very well to my health issue. She provided a comprehensive plan to get me feeling better and avoid any decline. I really liked her compassion and professionalism.
