She seems to be in a rush during my appointments.

I believe that she went too quickly. She spoke very quickly so at times I amnot sure I understood everything that she said. She seemed very nice, but I didn't feel like I received enough time. She seemed in a hurry.

In a bit if a rush but everything was handled fine.

Dr. Licona-San Juan is a very caring doctor, & she was excellent about providing essential information to me about my condition & treatment options available.

Very nice physician and knowledgeable, but left room after assessment with no instructions about scheduling follow up visit or further test to me or her MA. She was very busy.

Dr. Licona was very thorough. She was very aware of my specific needs and did include me in those decisions. I am a very complex case and I appreciate her being so thorough to try to figure out how to help me.

She was in a hurry! She completed the test and spouted out a number of medical terms and left. She had a very poor bedside manner! She prescribed a brace for my wrist and I expected her to come back and explain the details of the results of the nerve conduction exam, but she didn't. She just left and her assistant brought me the prescription and directed me to another room in the clinic to get the brace.

Dr. Licona is very good.

Doesn't acknowledge my concerns

It really bothers me that, when we're on a video call/appointment, she never turns on her camera. I thought that was the point of a video visit - that you can see your provider.

Provider explained test I was about to receive and asked if I had any questions. During tests she told me at each step what to expect.

The doctor listened and made a plan for my care thoroughly explaining it.

Dr. Vanessa was kind, & knowledgeable .

Excellent Dr. She listens to you, ask questions and tries to come up with a game plan to fix your medical condition. She does not rush through the appointment. She's a terrific Doctor and an asset to Lovelace.

Didn't seem to be concerned at all. Quickly dismissed my concerns, and didn't really do anything.

Dr. Licona-sanjuan was outstanding. We discussed my current issues and medicines and then she explain other options in an understandable way. She then answered my questions and I decided what my treatment should be.

She is always attentive and explains things easily with little need for me to ask questions, when I do she is quick to explain kindly.

This neurologist is an outstanding Physician: intelligent, thoughtful, articulate, thorough, respectful, and an excellent problem-solver!

Communication was good, the Dr. Listenened to my concerns and she allowed my two sisters to sit in the visit because I'm having issues recalling information.
