Provider just walked in to exam room and didn't even introduce himself! We new who he was because the assistant said "Brad" will be with you soon. He just went straight to the computer and started talking about what to do next with my medication.

The Dr. Took his time in explaining what was going on. He didnt rush through anything. He was sure I understood the procedures and future issues that issues that may come up. He was very reassuring of my heart.

Went over some of recent test results, walked be down the hall to get a pacemaker check, and then explained in great detail the current condition of my heart, and why I was still feeling some palpatations. Never in a hurry, very upfront and friendly. I have lots of trust in him and Dr. Mazer and all the staff there.

Dr. Brad told me that the blood thinner medication he recommended had little or no side effects. I learned through my own research that it has many side effects, some quite devastating. I will continue to use the natural remedies that have kept my blood thinned enough to avoid stroke.
