Doctor had a smile on her face and answered our questions. Then assisted me with the follow up appointment. Good customer service.

Rosemary is genuinely the nicest person I have ever seen in healthcare. She listened to my concerns and did everything possible to get me connected to the right resources, going above and beyond what I expected.

Rosemary attention to detail during the visit was only what I would consider minimal. I asked about the report she had in hand and if that would be available on the portal. She said it would be, but that she would get us a copy to take. I had a couple of other questions for her that I would ask on her return. I never got to ask as she never returned. After waiting about 20 min in the exam room a tech came in and told us we could leave. We told her what we were waiting for. Expecting to get Rosemary back a third tech came In and gave us the report. Never did see Rosemary again. I was disappointed to say the least.

I’ve had procedures done I my varicose veins many times previous to this visit. I was pleased with the patient care I received here compared to other clinics in the past!

The doctor was so educated on my health condition and explained information to me I can say all the doctors I have had and Lovelace have been very good doctors even though doctors who left it’s sad when patients have good doctors and to find out that his or her doctors have left states of NM I been hearing about this from patients since I I moved to NM 12 years ago
