I left feeling cared for and listened to, while still having an efficient visit that allowed me to go back to my own work quickly. Very grateful!

We discussed options, she explained why she wanted to take a certain plan of action and she got my input which gets me to buy into her plan.

Janis was unbelievably responsive, from appointment accommodation to further educating me on the matters I addressed. By fulfilling prescriptions, arranging medical orders for blood work, making referrals, and setting expectations re: MyChart response times, I could not be in better hands. The team, the staff, the PATIENTS are lucky to have her.

The best caregiver I have ever had. She is thorough, positive and uplifting, she helps me focus on the positive which helps tremendously. Because she ordered chest X-rays last year after seeing my family history of cancer, I had no symptoms. I was given a positive diagnosis of stage 3 lung cancer, given a treatment plan and have had a complete response to the treatment. I am now cancer free and she has been taking care of me through this whole year long journey. She is a tremendous asset. 

She is great but seems rushed and instead of addressing some problems I was given a referral to someone else without even checking on my problem today.

My first meeting with my new provider . I was very happy with her. She addressed all my needs, and reassured me that if I needed anything or if we missed anything to message her . Everything was perfect for my first visit.

Listened but did not show interest in helping solve my issue. It took months and months to get in to see her and then I was just told to eat more frequently. I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am.
