It seemed as if the doctor was being rushed, busy most likely & paid not as much attention as he should've.

The Dr. Was not very friendly. Everything seemed routine. He gave referral for shoes. All the info was on a piece of paper. Not impressed.

The doctor was great. He listened to my issues and provided the care he thought was necessary and explained and showed me what was causing my pain.

Dr. Launer was knowledgeable and he got right to the heart of my problem and how to correct it. He explained the issue thoroughly and the possible complications and recovery time. He gave me confidence in his ability to perform this surgery in a timely manner. I received clear, written detaills about the orthopedic issues I'm facing and how the operation would correct these problems. I appreciate his willingness to get me into the operating room before the end of the year.
