The staff, including the PA were pretty matter-of-fact. They did not reflect any smiles or caring attitude. They did not ask me any questions and only gave the brief explanation about my care.

Melinda administers knee shots to me and she is very gentle while doing the procedure. She also listens to any concerns or questions I have. She gives me options about my health care with her and makes sure I schedule my next visits with her. I am very happy with her as my provider.
