She was extremely condescending and rude. 

My care provider was knowledgeable and caring. She examined me and referred me for additional testing. I was also scheduled for a follow up appointment.

Heidi Barnes did not listen to me . She did not address the biggest reason I was there and she acted annoyed to have to be seeing me because she did not have current imaging.

Ms Barnes seemed much less stressed and overworked this visit which dramatically impacted my ratings compared to my first visit.

Dr. spoke rapidly even after I informed her of my dementia. My son was on the phone and the Dr didn't make sure he could hear her, ask questions or offer information about my health and needs. 

Listened pretty well that doesn't mean I was able to change decision.
