Honrdtly, I could not ssssee and of the questions, but scored highest rating as Heidi is very kind,patient and helpful.. I like her a lot. She's very thotough and patient with me when I don't under stanad something. My typing may be awful as I cannot see the screen well enough to correct typos.
The doctor made some rude remarks and was not very friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was acting like she didn't want to be there. Not a great first experience with her.
