I was a little upset when the provider left the room and left me with someone in training for all the discussion. Then she left and they both came in later to tell me what the cardiologist had recommended. I would have liked to talk to the cardiologist myself.

She was also very attentive. She took the time to talk to me and explain everything. I was very happy.

Laura McDermitt was very informative about my Hearts condition by getting the results for my Electrocardigram.
