Good across the board. She could not access all my previous blood tests, so asked me to bring to my next appointment.

Dr.Lackey was very helpful and made me feel like I was being heard

She seemed very thorough and asked a lot of questions. She spent a lot of time on the computer though and at times seemed to not really get what I was telling her.

I'm not sure eye contact was ever made. 

NP, Lisa was very engaging.

My primary care retired recently and I am scheduled to see a new Lovelace provider in September. I had an allergic reaction to my medication and had already been seen at Urgent care for this twice. NP Lackey took charge of this situation since I was not improving and helped me greatly.
