He showed no concern for the delay and told me he was always behind schedule

He was absolutely perfect! He not only addresses the reason for the consultation but he also helped explain my carotid vascular issue that my vascular surgeon couldn’t do. He showed empathy and compassion to me as I’m a nervous person when it comes to going to the doctor or having another surgery. I’ve seen many doctors and he was the best!
