This provider could really benefit from training on bedside manner and informing patients about their health. The provider chose to spend her time trying to argue about why I chose Lovelace and did not answer my questions about baby or my health. She also did not provide any information after completing the belly measurement and heartbeat check. I know everyone has off days, and perhaps this provider was just not having a good day. However, she might benefit from continuing education around bedside manner and patient-caregiver relationships.
