Lyudmyla Sinyenko, NP is an exceptional provider. Her attention to detail is most impressive. Among the top 3 providers I have had in the last 25 years that I have been a patient of this practice (back to SW Medical days).

Dr. Sinyenko is truly an asset for Lovelace. She is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. She is the best Doctor I've had in 25 years.

After the visit and as soon as we got home, she called over the phone concerned about the patient's blood pressure and made sure that the blood pressure medication needed to be taken daily and not occasionally. I doubt any provider in town would be so diligent

Dr. Sinyenko took the time with me I needed to explain conditions and concerns. She made sure she covered everything I'd checked on my online checkin sheet. She was soft spoken and respectful and listened.

Doctor Sinyenko is the best medical professional I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and takes quick action if a referral is needed or if medications need to be changed. I think she may have saved my life by adjusting my blood pressure medications a couple of years ago. No other doctor seemed too concerned that my blood pressure was always high. She added an additional medication that made all the difference in the world. I feel very fortunate to have her as my medical provider.

It's very difficult to understand L Sinyenko. I wear hearing aids and she wears a mask. So I have a difficult time understanding what she says. Most people with hearing aids read lips. It did help that NP wrote down on paper some of what she was asking or saying.

It is difficult to understand the provider due to her accent. However she made a sincere effort to communicate clearly, even writing her comments on note paper.

I have seen NP Sinyenko long enough that I can understand her but a first time patient might have a difficult time understanding her. I learned to listen closely and ask questions if I didn't understand something the first time. She is very understanding and doesn't mind clarifying what I didn't first understand!

Doctors are nice and treat me good 

In talking with the nurse practitioner, she directed her conversation with me at the computer screen while typing on the keyboard. I informed her having a dental dentist for 43 years that it is best to direct your conversation facing the patient speaking clearly and slowly so that the patient has time to process what has been said. She heard me, ignored me, and returned to the manner that I previously described. That shows little respect for the patient.

Hard to tell if judgemental or just a little bit old fashioned

Lyudmyla is very attentive. She really listened to my input and seemed to genuinely care for me which hasn't happened for a long time with a PCP. I feel her examination was thorough and her treatment plan was comprehensive.

I felt valued and that my issues were being addressed.

Provider was very knowledgeable, however her accent was very difficult to understand. I appreciate the challenges faced by a non native speaker, but it would help if the assistant stayed during the interview to do some interpreting. That is the reason for the less than Good/Very Good rating. I like Dr. Sinyenko and would gladly see her again.
