ALBUQUERQUE, NM – October 6, 2025 – Lovelace Health System has named Jorge Latibeaudiere chief financial officer (CFO) of Lovelace Medical Center and Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center, effective November 9.
Latibeaudiere joins Lovelace from UT Health East Texas, where he served as CFO for UT Health Henderson and UT Health Carthage for the last five years. During his time there, he led several initiatives focused on enhancing the patient experience and improving care delivery. He worked closely with clinical teams to implement processes that supported better patient outcomes and reduced the need for transfers. Latibeaudiere also played a key role in coordinating daily interdisciplinary rounds, helping to streamline discharge planning and reduce overall length of stay.
Prior to his time in Texas, Latibeaudiere served as CFO at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, where he further strengthened his leadership in healthcare finance and operations.
Latibeaudiere holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Montana in Missoula.

Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center
