Jayce was amazing. His knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. He listened carefully and gave me treatment options to help me make an informed decision. His concern and understanding created a relaxed atmosphere and helped me to trust his professional advice. The steroid shot behind the knee cap was nearly pain free. Jayce truly is the best and I will continue treatment by him as needed.

He was condescending. He refused to acknowledge my partner. He did not answer or address our questions respectfully or thoroughly.

I believe an orthopedist would have been more appropriate and would have been more thorough.

I had to ask a ton of questions as he wasn't forthcoming about after treatment. He seemed like he wasn't really unreservedly in what his job was and that he didn't like his job.

Showed knowlege of what was going on with my pain and offered solutions! Easy to understand!

I don't think the provider understood my concerns, follow up also has not happened as she said

Dr was very informative & gave me handouts re: my condition. Was congenial and professional. I had low blood pressure and the nurses were very helpful in directing me to employ a tracking to detect any continuing problems.

He seemed like he was in a rush I didn't get to ask some of my questions.

I was fairly disappointed with my interaction with Jayce Powell. He started the visit by stating I "have a lot of appointments" and made me feel uncomfortable. He was informative, but the assumptions he made before he even spoke to me were a problem. 

Jayce and his team were efficient, good at explaining and caring.

Mr. Powell is not personable.

I consider Jayce Powell a true professional.

Jayce Powell is a good listener and shows an interest in your concerns. He is very personable and funny. He also seems to have a lot of experience. I asked for him specifically and the scheduler did not allow me an appointment. Instruction in the system said he "did not do shoulders at the moment". A second scheduler said the same. A supervisor called me back at my request and eventually I was able to schedule with Jayce Powell.

Jayce Powell was superb in diagnosing and treating my condition. He explained everything clearly during my visit. He instilled confidence in me that he had my best interest in mind.

He seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. Will never go back to see him again. I will tell everyone I know to seek treatment elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this facility and provider to those who need it.

Very good explanations

The doctor was quite rude and short with me. Showed little concern for my condition telling me that I was older so I was just going to have pain.

He was the matter of fact pragmatic type provider, they tend to be the best.

I had asked to see X-rays of my ankle. I felt like the PA rushed me through them and even though I was at a weird angle and obviously straining to see, he did not offer to move either the viewer/machine or me.
