Dr Pickett is a good listener and a caring doctor.

I had blood work and multiple ultrasounds done 3-4 weeks after my physical for reoccurring discomfort in my right side. Although all of test results came through my chart, I was more comfortable having a face to face discussion about them as I continue to have reoccurring discomfort in that area. Dr. Pickett implied that everything I needed to know about the test results was given in their replies to questions through MyChart. She did not show much care for my concerns and was somewhat dismissive.

Dr Pickett is a great provider. That is the reason she had been my PCP for many years and although lovelace is not a participating provider with my insurance, I remain a patient with her.
