Dr Parvatheni reviewed my chart prior to my appt. She took me thru recent blood work as related to the past. She explained the recommendation for new drug for my condition. Then went thru all my drugs & explained what they were for as related to my overall heart health. She answered all my questions satisfactorily & thoroughly explained follow up blood work & appointment schedule.

DR P WAS EASY TO SPEAK WITH AND I FELT HEARD, FINALLY. SHE EXPLAINED WHAT THE "NEXT STEPS" WERE VERY SUCCINCTLY, KINDLY AND AS THOUGH SHE CARES. THIS IS REFRESHING NOWADAYS WHEN VISITING A HEALTH "CARE" FACILITY.

Dr. Paratheneni walked me through all the tests and results from my first heart episode in 2023 through current time. She answered all the questions I had and listened to my current symptoms. I really appreciated the time she took with me. It was great to find out that she was Involved In my care after both heart episodes. I really hadn't talked to a doctor when I wasn't out of it, except for dr. Ramo at the heart rehab facility, so it was helpful to talk with her. She walked me through everything.

She listens carefully, has obviously reviewed my entire file before the appointment, is thorough in her explanation of test results, and addresses current concerns thoroughly.
